+ Assemble, debug, inspect, and repair custom-built high-speed automation machinery + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues both in-house and on-site + Collaborate with customers to ensure effective communication and high-quality service + Conduct on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and final acceptance testing + Assist with final assembly and testing processes prior to and post-shipment, following detailed engineering documentation + Support start-up and preventative maintenance of systems in the field + Provide remote troubleshooting via phone, Microsoft Teams, or remote access platforms + Work collaboratively with Field Service Controls Engineers on mechanical integration and commissioning tasks + Travel up to 75%, primarily within the U.S. with occasional international assignments (valid passport required or willingness to obtain one) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
