+ Install and commission advanced machinery at customer and dealer locations + Provide basic operational training to end users on-site + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues using standard testing equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope) + Travel to customer and dealer facilities via car or airplane + Conduct on-site intake of customer-reported equipment malfunctions and service concerns + Communicate technical findings and resolutions to both customers and internal management Qualifications – Required and Preferred: + Associate degree in electronics or equivalent hands-on experience + Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems, machining materials, tooling, and end mills is a plus + Ability to interpret technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes + Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism and ethical communication + Capable of working independently and staying composed under pressure, especially when addressing customer concerns + Naturally inquisitive with a knack for identifying and resolving technical issues Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. 10 % Yearly bonus based on sales.
