Position Summary:
Provide technical assistance to customers as required, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Receive and process parts orders from customers. Develop and maintain favorable working relationships in all contacts with customers, sales representatives and company personnel.
Work You’ll Do:
Field service and lab test operation as needed. Maintain contact with customers either from our offices or at the customers facility as required.Receive and process parts orders from customers or sales representatives. Prepare and enter complex orders requiring engineering, scheduling and purchase requisitioning.Answer customer inquiries regarding delivery, tracing, pricing, etc., of parts orders. Expedite orders as required.Maintain necessary records and reference data to facilitate parts order processing.Perform various functions such as customer credit check, sales order re-issues, complaints follow up, updating customer accounts and maintaining order status.In coordination with marketing, develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for replacement parts.Travel as needed, approximately 50%Other duties may be assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering highly desirable;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Ability &Willingness to travel domestically as well as internationally;
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 Years experience with site service;
Great integrity and loyalty, good behavior and Cooperative, strong team-work spirit;
Outward, Patient, persevering, Result-oriented and Hands-on;
