Field Service Supervisor - Electron Microscopy

In this ambitious role, you will guide a team of 7 Field Service Engineers to provide seamless service and support to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Direct and support a team of field service engineers, promoting excellent performance and professional development.Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electron microscopy equipment.Ensure that customer service calls are responded to strictly within the required timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement solutions to technical challenges.Monitor and report on team performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Manage resources effectively to compete in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the engineering industry.Strong background in electron microscopy or related technologies.Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver flawless results.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.A relevant degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
