Main Activities:

Installs OCE & Canon  products and trains the customer’s operators.Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimal efficiency.Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.Manages tools and time in an efficient way.Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.Works effectively in a small team · Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities

What we ask

Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.Fluent interpersonal communication Polish skills  – verbal and written.Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry relatedGood English sklills.Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.Acts cost effectively.Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
