The Field Service Representative role at Veolia Water Tech involves providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries. This position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance of technologies such as media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and more. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract specifications.

Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.Consult with customer management and operation teams.Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specificationsPerform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific testing requirements.Assist in providing service activities including parts refurbishment, maintenance, calibration of equipment, inspection, repair, performance testing, customer communications, project assessment and execution, and telephone customer supportHave the ability to work schedules that will fluctuate based on customer and business needs / demandsPerform diagnostics testing, repairs, test and calibration routines on the instruments, and complete all required paperworkCollect payment information and generate shipping and billing paperworkProvide extensive equipment support and general hardware and software supportEnsure compliance with all aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance of an assigned company vehicle (if applicable) and comply with all Veolia Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
