Field Service Representative - III
Ecolab Company is seeking a Field Service Representative – III in our Energy Services group. The Field Service Representative – III will primarily be responsible for providing contractual services and assist customers with problem solving support regarding their products/applications/solutions.

Solve a wide range of complex, multi-disciplinary problemsAssume lead role in maintaining troubleshooting guides/bulletins and distribution to departments when requiredPrepare reports detailing problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modification and/or recommend process changesConduct site surveys, product/application auditsInventory management of chemical delivery systemsCollect samples for monitoring chemical programDeliver chemicals to customer as neededConduct field evaluations of new productsLead appropriate pre-trial surveys for site visitsInteract with appropriate internal and external customers and resourcesMaintain accurate records based on information gathered during trials and surveysCreate troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing productsCoordinate and manage sampling and inventory schedulesCoordinate implementing solutions with customersAssist sales in preparing business proposalsParticipate in design reviews, new applications and start-ups evaluationsAssist in critiquing products serviceability, performance and reliabilityProvide customers with expert technical service in all major applicationsServe as a Mentor for all levels of Service RepsSupport and be committed to the teams Quality Improvement ProcessPromptly report every incident, accident, injury or applicable near miss to next level managementProvide on-site field service (on the phone or on-site)Position Details:

Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest highMinimum Qualifications:
2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical schoolAbility to travel within a geographic territoryAbility to travel overnight for businessMust have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordNo immigration sponsorship offered for this rolePreferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or Trade School Certification4 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experienceMust have knowledge of and experience in materials, scheduling and inventory processesExperience in oil and gas industry preferredPrevious Refinery/Petrochemical experienceWater treatment or specialty chemical industry experienceWorking knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systemsHigh computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivationExcellent communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsA strong work ethic and ability to multitaskOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging
