Onsite – Buffalo, NYThe Moog Defense Sector is looking for a Field Service Representative/Technician. you will be responsible for technical support and on-site repair/diagnostic activities at various remote locations OCONUS, working in potentially hazardous locations. You will train system end-users, industry partners, and customers on operation of equipment designed and developed by the Moog Defense Sector. When not in the field (CONUS), you will perform technician duties in support of Moog Defense Sector programs to include prototype builds, product assembly, integration, range testing, hardware test, troubleshooting, repair, user and installation manual development and other technical writing. You will act as the face of Moog to the end-users and provide customer feedback to Moog Program Managers and Engineers to facilitate product improvement and provide impeccable customer service.Work location can be one of the following sites. East Aurora, NY, Salt Lake City, UT, Huntsville, AL, or Orlando, FL.
