Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking Field Service Rep to join its industry leading sales team in our Global High-Tech Division which focuses on Data Centres and the Microelectronics.

What You Will Do:
• Provide routine support services on a large customer site. Support services include, Process water sampling, wet end chemistry, water testing, equipment maintenance, chemical dosing, customer service, reporting, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management.
• Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required.
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Process Engineering
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Ssuite particularly Excel.
• Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
• Working knowledge of cooling towers, pre-treatment systems and wet end chemistry
