Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to oversee conveyor system installation and maintenance projects at client sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesManage conveyor system installation and maintenance projects at client sites.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal teams.Provide hands-on assistance to Millwrights and Electricians on client sites to ensure proper decommissioning and installation of conveyor systems.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Supervise on-site project teams for project and client compliance, including contractors and subcontractors.Resolve any project-related issues that may arise and develop contingency plans when necessary.Supervise and instruct field service technicians to ensure scope of work is being met on time, within budget, and to client expectations.Provide training and support to clients on conveyor system operations and maintenance.Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in management, preferably in the conveyor industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, up to 90% of the time.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with the person products and Intralox Sorters is a plus.High School or GED equivalent.Post high school certification or degree in machining preferred.3 years’ experience in the precision metal working machinery.Ability to read and interpret documents such as proposals, blueprints, specifications, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Fluent in reading and writing English, understanding of Spanish is a plus.Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Possess adequate skill to navigate and work within company’s ERP and CRM software.Proficient to excellent typing skills are required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
