About the job opportunity

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Manager - 1 year contract, with the opportunity to be extended, who oversees a designated territory of accounts. Their role involves conducting on-site customer evaluations and training in the realm of food safety and brand protection practices. Within various retail food store settings, they meticulously assess food safety practices, employee and customer safety, customer service quality, and facility cleanliness. The data they collect contributes to comprehensive customized reports for our valued customers.

What will you do?

Conduct on-site evaluations at customer locations, focusing on food safety, brand standards, and overall workplace safety and environmental cleanliness.Provide education and training to customers regarding hygiene, food safety and brand standards.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate reports and maintaining effective communication and relationships.Collaborate with Ecolab Account Management teams to address customer issues and contribute to program development.Stay informed about current governmental regulations and industry practices, maintaining professional credentials.Perform hygiene and food safety audits based on the customer’s required visit frequency (monthly or quarterly), evaluating compliance in each department.Meet with store management to share feedback and findings after completing store surveys or audits, offering recommendations for improvement.Handle required paperwork, including updating customer contact records and managing the territory system.Maintain dispensing equipment in excellent working condition and install equipment as needed.Strategically plan and execute an efficient daily route to maximize effectiveness and productivity.

What are the requirements?

The ideal candidate should preferably reside in AR, BH, SM, MMBachelor’s degree.Experience in a similar role/business is advantageous.Prior experience working in food protection is considered an advantage, but not necessary.Advanced level of English and fluency in local language(s).Demonstrated relationship management & consultative selling aptitude.Customer service skills with the ability to solve problems and devise customer solutions.Ability to target accounts and achieve results through an action plan.A technical background with a “do-it-yourself” mindset.Basic knowledge in MS Office tools.Flexibility for travelling more than 50% of the working time.Valid driver’s license and demonstrated driving experience
