In this role, you will significantly impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations through the provision of exceptional technical support and service.
Key Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
+ Manage end-to-end service operations processes from Order to Cash, ensuring compliance with company standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions, coordinating efforts to meet customer needs.
+ Conduct training sessions for customers and field service team members to enhance understanding and utilization of our solutions.
+ Stay current with industry trends and advancements to provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
You must have:
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems.
+ Strong knowledge of project cycles, materials, and cost analysis.
+ Proficient ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
+ Proven capability to manage service jobs and/or projects within established standards and budget constraints.

+ A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
+ Work experience in related fields, ideally ranging from 3 to 6 years.
+ A strong customer focus along with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
+ A value-engineered approach to all deliverables.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
+ Previous experience with security systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Fire systems, PLCs, and ELV Systems.
+ A flexible attitude toward working hours to ensure deadlines are met.
+ An understanding of pre-sales processes and experience in project management and execution.
