Is responsible for building long-term relationship with the customers and support our clients in case of technical problems related to the equipment and providing remote support. The **Field Service Engineer** is responsible for servicing (installation, calibration, preventive maintenance) our installed-based and new equipment within Croatia and in special cases also in other Adriatic regions. **The position is remote/field-based** . **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, repair of measuring equipment daily on customer site + Promoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from sales and administration department + Technical support for sales team + Training and technical consulting + Compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy **The essential requirements of the job include:** + University graduate in engineering – i.e. automation/electronics or similar + Valid driving license cat. B and willingness to drive across Croatia (and in special cases also in other Adriatic regions) to visit customers, with some occasional overnight stays + Fluent Croatian language and advanced English.
