**Title: Field Service Engineer**
**Location: Jabalpur**
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Provides first-line technical assistance and maintenance for customers, including basic troubleshooting, repair, and installation of products and services under direct supervision, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
+ Supports in documenting service activities, including recording diagnostics, resolutions, and test procedures, ensuring accurate and transparent records are maintained for future reference and traceability.
+ Works under direct supervision, following established processes and procedures, with guidance from senior engineers to navigate operational policies, ensuring compliance and consistent service delivery.
+ Records customer interaction time, parts used, and service outcomes in real-time, contributing to the team's efficiency and the overall accountability of service operations.
+ Assists in the preparation for onsite visits by gathering necessary tools and parts, learning to diagnose issues and formulate action plans to ensure effective resolution during the first visit.
+ Participates in addressing customer concerns, escalations, and complaints under the guidance of more experienced engineers, contributing to the resolution process and gaining exposure to more complex service scenarios.
+ Collaborates with the service team, providing support in resolving technical issues, and learning to identify cost-effective repair solutions that minimize downtime and enhance service quality.
+ Performs routine and standard service tasks in the field, utilizing diagnostic tools and basic troubleshooting techniques, while learning to address more complex issues as experience is gained.
+ Identifies and reports potential sales opportunities or value-added services during field service visits, contributing to the business's growth and gaining insight into the sales process.
+ Develops a foundational understanding of assigned products and services, actively seeking opportunities for learning and improvement to ensure effective and high-quality service delivery.
**Minimum required Education:**
High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science related field or equivalent.

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
