How you will make an impact
Discover impactful work as our new Field Service Engineer (FSE) (m/w/d) based in Germany in Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt or Brandenburg. As an FSE, you will be responsible for delivering service activities including Installations, Repairs and Maintenance Services for the Bulk Elemental Analysis team in EMEA. This highly exciting and professional role will deliver a high level of customer service resulting in customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
You will primarily support our customers based in Germany utilising our Optical Emission Spectroscopy, X-Ray Fluorescence and Robotic Automation product portfolio.

Professional background in Electronics/Engineering or related subjectsExperience in handling or servicing technical equipment gainedKnowledge of spectroscopy would be an advantage, but not criticalFluent in German, with a good proficiency in EnglishA valid Driver’s LicenseComfortable working in a customer-facing role, with an always customer-centric approachA high willingness to learn and interest in new technologiesStrong interpersonal and administrative skillsSelf-sufficient; comfortable working independently and a logical approach to setting work prioritiesWilling and able to travel extensively across the region (80%).
