Field Service Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Danbury, CT. You will be responsible for the installation, modification, testing, inspection, and repair of advanced, remotely operated systems and equipment. Location: Onsite – Danbury, CT Compensation: $40/hour ️ Travel: Limited Key Responsibilities + Execute complex field service operations, including installation, testing, and repair of company products and systems. + Construct and evaluate prototype models and simulated systems. + Perform electrical and mechanical assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting. + Conduct detailed inspections and resource assessments for equipment upkeep. + Analyze test data, prepare schematics and reports, and recommend improvements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines. + Mentor junior technicians and provide technical leadership in the field. Required Qualifications + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly, including soldering. + Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. + Strong troubleshooting skills and engineering insight. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions. + Familiarity with engineering concepts and practices.
