Abbott Molecular is a leader in molecular diagnostics and the analysis of DNA, RNA, and proteins at the molecular level. **What You’ll Do** + · Performingpreventative maintenance interventions(Hardwareand Software upgrades and repair interventions onmolecular instrumentation) + .Installationand implementation of new systems in current and new customers sites. + · Troubleshoot Application andInstrumentationby telephone and on site, complaint logging and tracking inCall Management Systems. + · Providing on-sitecustomer supportfor software andhardwareupgrade training. + · ClosecooperationwithApplication SupportSpecialists and the Commercial team to provide excellentcustomer serviceand supportbusiness growth. + · Actively participating in Abbott Molecular conference calls, service summits, expert meetings andworkshops. + · Providing primary service and support to the defined territory. + · Providing back-upservice supportoutside of assigned territory as needed. + · Maintaining and managing own tools and accessories needed to perform repairs andpreventative maintenance.
