**Environmental Conditions**
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct installation of instruments, repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrade services.
+ Analyze service calls and identify flawless solutions based on customer needs.
+ Coordinate the handling of open service calls with respective clients.
+ Fill out service orders in JDE to detail field service activities.
+ Lead Escalations and FPRs assigned to you.
+ Provide remote support to customers to resolve technical issues.
+ Collaborate with field peers, including application specialists.
+ Contribute ideas to drive product and service revenue.
+ Build and maintain friendly customer relationships.
+ Accurately interpret customer behaviors and identify valuable solutions.
+ Showcase understanding of standard methodologies in service provision.
+ Maintain operational performance within service metrics.
+ Provide basic training to customers on equipment use and maintenance.
+ Follow company quality, safety, and compliance policies.
+ Keep individual inventory organized and up-to-date.
+ Participate in local and international technical training sessions.
**Requirements**
+ Proven experience in field engineering, technical support, or a related role.
+ Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to service delivery.
+ Willingness to travel for on-site support and training.
+ Proficient in Portuguese and proficient in English is a plus.
