This role blends **hands-on field service** with **remote technical support** , offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work directly with critical flow measurement technologies. When working from your home you’ll spend your days on the phone with customers to support and troubleshoot the design, construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of our instrumentation. The rest of your time, you’ll travel to the customer’s location (either by car or by plane) to provide hands-on support for installation or diagnostic/repair work. + Work safely in **industrial environments** , including confined spaces, elevated platforms, and varying temperatures + Deliver a high level of **customer service and technical professionalism** + Collaborate closely with internal technical and service teams + Travel around the 40% of the time to customer sites across the Eastern US as needed. Due to our comprehensive training and team-oriented work environment, travel out-of-state and out-of-country may be required occasionally throughout the year. When traveling for work, you can anticipate occasional overnight stays at **company-approved hotels** (employee safety is one of our topmost priorities!). The compensation range for this role is $71,000 - $76,000 USD per year.
