This role blends **hands-on field service** with **remote technical support** , offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work directly with critical flow measurement technologies. If you have great **customer service skills** and are **mechanically inclined,** and you want to find yourself in a supportive environment that **challenges** you, **rewards** you for high performance, and you are looking for a place to **grow** , this could be the job for you! **What You'll Do?** + Perform on-site **installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service** of McCrometer flow measurement equipment + Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. When working from your home you’ll spend your days on the phone with customers to support and troubleshoot the design, construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of our instrumentation. The rest of your time, you’ll travel to the customer’s location (either by car or by plane) to provide hands-on support for installation or diagnostic/repair work. + Work safely in **industrial environments** , including confined spaces, elevated platforms, and varying temperatures + Deliver a high level of **customer service and technical professionalism** + Collaborate closely with internal technical and service teams + Travel around the 40% of the time to customer sites across the Eastern US as needed. Due to our comprehensive training and team-oriented work environment, travel out-of-state and out-of-country may be required occasionally throughout the year. When traveling for work, you can anticipate occasional overnight stays at **company-approved hotels** (employee safety is one of our topmost priorities!). We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $71,000 - $76,000 USD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
