Field Service Engineer - DCS

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer - DCS to join us at Honeywell, in Asker, where you will be responsible for performing maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). Your time will be spent validating customer requests, developing, maintaining, improving customer relationships, upgrades, migration planning and execution, all while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery. This is a field-based role covering clients in Asker and surrounding areas.

**Key responsibilities**
+ Promote the LSS (Life Cycle Service & Support) business and drive the Services business growth and profitability with customer satisfaction and safety record
+ Delivery of the support services to customers respecting global standards and processes
+ Comprehend customer needs and resolve issues through technical knowledge
+ Knows customer’s site and contacts and uses Honeywell support network to provide excellent service and quality to customer
+ Focus on customer growth and development and identify service business opportunities in the customers’ installed base
**Key skills and qualifications**
+ Previous experience within service engineering and distributed control systems engineering
+ Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, in addition to Hiway, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, and Hiway equipment along with PC/Networking experience
+ Awareness of electronic systems (installation / configuration / implementation)
+ Excellent stakeholder management and customer handling skills with language skills in both English and Norwegian
+ Full Driving License
