The Field Service Engineer plays a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring our “Up Time Peace of Mind” promise is delivered. This position is field-based (home to field model) and primarily supports the Bursa region. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management within key industrial accounts.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Installing and commissioning new Videojet equipment at customer sites

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the installed base

Troubleshooting electromechanical and automation-related issues

Supporting customers with PLC communication and automation interfaces

Identifying commercial opportunities (leads, contracts, upgrades) and collaborating with Sales

Managing key customer accounts with a strong service reputation

Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of service activities

Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term relationships

The essential requirements of the job include:

2–3 years of Field Service experience in industrial environments

Experience in industrial automation, PLC communication, or related industries

Strong customer orientation and people skills

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets

Native-level Turkish

English is preferred (not mandatory)

Willingness to travel within Türkiye (2–3 days per month)

Valid driver’s license
