**Job Description** Working for BAE Systems supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection presents a unique opportunity. You will experience a variety of system technologies which present both challenge and reward. The Field Service Engineer position entails installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mission processing, display, sensor, communications, avionics and power distribution systems. Platforms include CBP Air and Marine DHC-8 Maritime Patrol Aircraft, King Air Multirole Enforcement Aircraft as well as occasional support of systems onboard H-60 or AS-350 helicopters. Responsibilities also include assisting external contractors and CBP operators via provision of training and system familiarization, troubleshooting and operational guidance. This position is located in Conroe, TX. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
