**Field Service Engineer**
Supporting technical needs of Philips, providing installation, maintenance, and FCO implementation of equipment in multi modalities, maximizing customer satisfaction.
**Your role:**
+ The Field Service Engineer is the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
+ Executes technical service to the requests, problems, or planned service activities. These can be coordinated, scheduled, and with prepared action plans from the customer care center.
+ Solutions or actions should be carried out in accordance with our regulatory guidelines, processes & procedures.
+ Solutions are provided by using remote/onsite diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information, or knowledge, executing service work orders and keeping the customer informed of the service status. Focuses on First Time Right ensuring there is a clear action plan, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before the onsite visit.
+ As a Field Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Customer Service delivery team in Portugal and reporting to Area Service Delivery Manager.
+ You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.
**You're the right fit if you have:**
+ Degree in Biomedical or Electrotechnical engineering
+ Preferably hands-on technical experience with Medical Devices (Xray / IGT / CT Scanners / Magnetic Resonance or others)
+ Customer first attitude, works collaboratively, autonomy, proactive and taking ownership.
+ Ability to express sympathy, empathy and patience, clear and effective communication.
+ Technical knowledge and engineering fundamentals (experience is a plus) Good computer, PC and internet skills.
+ Language: Portuguese and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
+ Available to travel.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
