Field Service Engineer

We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Aligning with environmental, health and safety policies and law requirements all the time while performing your tasks. + Carrying out service-related tasks on the client's premises, such as technical placements, calibration operations, damage analysis and repairs, maintenance, and product inspections. After each operation, you will be asked to prepare a complete report of the service intervention. + Supporting production workforce in Fiorenzuola plant when needed, providing service activities on customer returns. + Facilitating training exercises with clients and any crucial Emerson team members. + Joining clients’ meetings on-site and play an active role with remote service activities, providing technical solutions to their issues and improving further business opportunities. + Actively participating at safety meetings with customers and any accountable Emerson’s departments involved. **Who You Are:** You are flexible and ready to tailor your service according to the environment in which you operate, coordinating yourself with colleagues and managers. You are capable of working in every circumstance, enduring harsh conditions and challenges. You are a reliable professional, able to adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators and accomplishing plans in order to achieve the desired outcomes. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Technical Diploma + Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric/electronic technical drawings, as well as technical components + Professional use of technical service intervention tools (Multimeter, Power Supply Module etc) + English proficiency, both written and spoken. + Fluency in Italian + 3-5 years or more of background in a related role (e.g. Field Service within the Oil & Gas field) + Flexible to travel off-site on a regular basis. + Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a technical field will be positively regarded. + Additional language knowledge is highly appreciated. + Confirmed experience in customer service roles. **Our Culture and Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
