• Conducts complex installations and maintenance tasks, following regulatory guidelines and company procedures meticulously to ensure compliance and safety at all times during service operations.
• Exercises within established procedures, utilizes specialized skills to perform in-depth analysis of assigned tasks, identifying key issues and patterns and resolves moderately complex problems to drive results.
• Acts as a specialized resource for a specific business group, utilizing an in-depth understanding of the organization's tools and processes to provide expert support and guidance, contributing to the group's success and efficiency.
• Leads diagnostic and repair activities, utilizing extensive technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions that minimize equipment downtime and enhance reliability.
• Collaborates with engineers and other technical teams to develop and implement innovative service strategies, improving overall service delivery and the customer experience through strategic initiatives.
• Mentors and provides guidance to junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance the overall technical capability and performance of the service team.
• Stays updated with the latest technological advancements and service techniques by attending training sessions and workshops, continuously enhancing technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Takes ownership of customer interactions, ensuring clear communication, diligent follow-through on service commitments, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields such as Engineering, Medical, Science, or other relevant technical environments.
