Drive all aspects of the customer account from the ground up, taking the lead on all operational related activities to ensure WestRock exceeds achievement against KPIs leading to sustainable and profitable growth
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Improve Customer Service experience through facilitating value-added engineering servicesCoordinate Operational Performance Excellence (OPE) re safety, maintenance, environmental machine efficiencyProvide coaching and support to customer personnelDevelop and execute short- and long-term plans for customer accounts / OPEMonitor accuracy of reporting and data base informationContribute to strategy development and provide advice to the business on engineering / maintenance issuesIdentify and address engineering training and coaching needs within customer operationsHandle customer problems through to resolutionReview monthly (weekly if required) efficiency numbers and top three downtimes with resulting action plans / RCAs for these downtimes
EXPERIENCE:
Engineering degree and / or electrical / mechanical trade qualification / Mechatronics Sound mechanical aptitudeStrong project management experience Strong customer service skills and attention to detailApply Now
