Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) provides premier, customer facing, technical support for Parker Aerospace fielded products. This role represents Parker to airline, OEM, and MRO customers, ensuring safe, reliable operation of aircraft systems while gathering actionable intelligence to support product improvement, retrofits, and profitable growth.
Your responsibilities
+ Provide technical support for Parker Aerospace fielded products
+ Conduct on-site and remote technical review meetings, troubleshooting and advisory support
+ Execute planned and unplanned customer visits
+ Deliver ATA specific systems training and technical guidance
+ Support Entry Into Service (EIS) activities
+ Prepare and submit weekly status reports
+ Attend customer meetings, conferences and technical forums
Who we’re looking for - 6-8 years of experience in the following areas:
+ Aerospace or mechanical engineering background
+ Strong aircraft systems knowledge
+ Customer facing technical experience
+ Willingness to travel – approx. 25-30% within region (and occasionally outside of region as required).
+ Excellent written and spoken English skills
Desirable
+ Airline or OEM experience
+ Field Service Background
+ Knowledge of Parker aerospace systems (including: flight controls, hydraulics, fuel, inerting and braking systems)
+ Additional languages are a plus
