Find out more about Eaton! **What you’ll do:** As Field Service Engineer you will provide first class service for the Eaton installed base products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction for public and private businesses located between Gavle and Västernorrland. You will mostly service, commission and maintain Eaton UPS products, from small 1-phase UPS to large data center UPS's up to 1200kVA. You will handle technical questions (phone and/or mail), work with colleagues (local and remote) from Service department and sales. As part of your job, you will participate time to time on various technical, health, safety and other type of trainings too. **Responsibilities:** + Performing commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eaton´s Installed Base/products. + Proactively be involved in scheduling/planning of works. + Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPI´s + Secure time reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work + Acting as mentor for new employed FSE. + Attending all mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy. + Working and acting in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and code of ethics. + Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in plannnig and commissioning scheduling. + Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required. + Maintain direct links with business units in technical issues. + Actively support Eaton´s Environment, Health & Safety culture. **Qualifications:** + Installer background with suitable electrical education. + Relevant working experience in the field: 1-phase & 3-phase electrical installation or maintenance experience essential, UPS experience is and advantage. + Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution. + Professional level of Swedish and English language knowledge is a must. + Driving license and able to travel (with overtnight stays). + Customer Focus, proactive and flexible personality. + Be able to work together with different cultures and follow instructions. **What we offer you:** + Competitive compensation and benefits package (collective agreement, annual bonus and many more!) + Company car for business and private usage + Great promotional opportunities – We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible + Excellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us + Learning & Development - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
