Job Description
As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in the commissioning of building automation systems tailored for each customer. This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who can act as a role model for other field engineers. You will address complex problems, lead training for less experienced engineers, and serve as a field contact for product and technical expertise.
ResponsibilitiesInitiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems using advanced Direct Digital Control technology.Serve as the local contact for resolving technical issues.Provide effective solutions for complex system challenges.Deliver turnkey project completion on medium to large projects.Ensure proper operation of systems, including controls, sensors, and software.Load software and configure trends, alarms, and reports.Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.Communicate and document project status and details for the customer.Provide site-specific training to owners and operators on complete systems.Essential SkillsTroubleshootingElectrical expertiseExperience in Building Automation Systems, Controls, HVAC, or a technical field.Proficiency in building automation software such as WebCTRL, PID Loops, BCAnet, and MODbusExperience with automation and controls installation and troubleshootingMechanical and electronics knowledgeAdditional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems, Controls, HVAC, or a related technical field.2+ years of experience with building automation software, particularly WebCTRL.2+ years of experience in automation and controls installation and troubleshooting.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $94000.00/hr.
