Division Specific InformationJoin our Laboratory Equipment Division as a skilled Field Service Engineer for various laboratory equipment and systems, including monitoring and analysis.
How to make an impactIn the position of FSE band 4, you will be responsible for delivering and building service excellence beyond our customers' expectations. Your expertise will ensure that our customers can rely on their equipment to achieve their scientific goals flawlessly.
What is the scopeRepresent our company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with Thermo Fisher Scientific customers, both external and internal.Own and fulfill service commitments and conduct installations, calibrations, preventative maintenance, training, and repairs.Provide services, remote or on-site, within agreed conditions, and set the right priorities.Handle service reporting, documentation, and creation of procedures/protocols for internal and customer needs.Maintain a high level of customer allegiance by building strong customer relationships and promoting an excellent customer experience.Partner with our commercial colleagues to deliver customer deals that can be implemented profitably and meet/exceed customer expectations.Optimize and ensure the accuracy of provided tools and consignment parts.Engage in continuous improvement through our Practical Process Improvement Business System.Support centrifuge products, including New Product Introduction (NPI), essential parts planning, document creation, knowledge sharing, and managing Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and product updates.Serve as the primary contact point for communication with the factory and collaborate with teams to improve product performance and customer happiness.How to get hereEducation
High Diploma or equivalent experience in Engineering or other related fields.Experience3 years or more of relevant work experience.Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates with a positive and willing-to-learn attitude will also be considered.KnowledgeExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral in Chinese and English.
