We are now looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer, Energy Storage Systems to join our dynamic, fast-paced Field Service team in Energy Storage Business. This is a permanent opportunity, and its preferred locations are Kaohsiung or Taipei, Taiwan.
What will you be doing:
As Field Service Engineer, Battery Energy Storage Systems, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
BSc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or any relevant experience in the field of Battery Storage and Solar (PV) Electrical & Automation System and solution knowledge Electrical & Automation Mechanical System and solution knowledge e.g., HVAC a plus Experience with programmable logic controllers, frequency drives, electrical protection devices, computer systems, Ethernet networks, firewalls, OPC-servers, and PLC Experience in electrical and/or mechanical installations and commissioning Experience in commissioning new power plants as an electrical and automation or mechanical Engineer a plus Experience with Energy Storage System Leading field tests and developing new products with customers and research and development organizations within the company Customer understanding Good in Written, and Spoken English Fluent in Written, and Spoken Chinese Local working permits, certifications a plus and knowledgeable of local regulations Willing and available for travel (domestic and international) up to 60% of the time Car driver’s license Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
