Field Service Analyst 1 - Part Time
**Job Summary** This position supports end user devices and provides technical support. A strong background in technical support, customer service and understanding of client-server relationships, networking, and diverse hardware devices is required for satisfactory results in this position. **Essential Functions of the Role** + Familiarity with remote monitoring and control tools used in audio-visual environments, including the ability to remotely monitor and manage classroom equipment when required. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively utilize approved remote support tools to diagnose and resolve end-user issues. + Provides liaison support with Information Technology and Audio-Visual vendors and contractors, ensuring the support of managed services in assigned areas. + Interfaces with users through training, education, tutorials, and problem resolution in a classroom environment. + Coordinates and communicates effectively with others to complete assigned work. + Performs troubleshooting of technical office equipment and peripherals, including telephony, printer configuration, scanners, and applicable hospital or research equipment. + This role supports the classroom and the technology in it — not identity, access, or backend systems. + Performs other duties as assigned or required. + This role is 100% onsite support. **Key Success Factors** + Advanced computer troubleshooting skills, problem solving abilities, ability to support logical thinking and conclusions. + Effectively provide audience appropriate communication. + Professional attitude, dress and customer service skills. + Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. + Two or more years of experience in an Information Technology position required. **Ideal Schedule:** Monday, Wednesday, Friday (7:30AM - 12:30PM) **Benefits** Our competitive benefits package includes the following + Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits + 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% + Tuition Reimbursement + PTO accrual beginning Day 1Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or level **Qualifications** + EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification + EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience + CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Drivers License (TXDL): If moving from out of state must obtain valid TX DL within 90 days of hire.
