Field Service Account Specialist

Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Field Service Account Specialist. This role can be remote within the United States, preference will be given to those who reside in Raleigh, NC or the Chicago, IL areas.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67,500 - $99,00 a year.

**What you’ll do:**
• Manage all aspects of PM scheduling associated with pre-determined accounts requiring special handling
• Research and collect all administrative requests from customers and Field Service Management team such as Field Activity Report (FAR) collection, data mining, cost/expense review, PowerBi reporting etc.
• Collaborate with Field Service Operations Leadership, Field Service Technicians and other support staff in various teams to drive designated account business, ensure service levels, and develop opportunities for business growth
• Coordinate with departments such as Order Management and Sales to meet and/or exceed all requested service dates and timelines for contract compliance.
• Develop accurate reporting to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and avoid any financial penalty as contracted
• Coordinate monthly invoicing for specific accounts with finance to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage and monitor the implementation of account changes and new requirements
• Guide team initiatives and delegate when necessary to improve customer service and achieve service levels.
**Qualifications:**
**Required (Basic) Qualifications:**
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Scheduling, dispatch, or account management in a high volume technical customer support position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Proficient with computer and software tools - including advanced Excel capabilities, advanced database knowledge (SAP, Salesforce, PowerBi)
• Previous experience in order management, logistics or supply chain.
**Skills:**
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel).
• Ability to effectively communicate with external business partners and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, jobs, and processes simultaneously.
• Capacity to function as an agent of change, driving, and enabling process changes to continuously raise performance standards and drive improvement.
