Field Sales & Technical Support

**What you’ll do:**
+ Develop long-term relationships with channels to market, truck dealers and fleets ensuring Eaton are front of mind and the provider of choice
+ Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems utilising diagnostic skills and tools
+ Provide new product information and sales support to customers informing them about new product releases and technological developments
+ Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to increase sales of Eaton products & services
+ Function as a customer advocate bringing the VOC (voice of customer) to leadership and drive continuous improvement
+ Represent Eaton at trade shows, product launches, industry and customer events.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minium 5 years of mechanical or technical related experience in commercial vehicle
+ Sales experience within a mechanical or technical environment
+ CANBUS experience
+ Trade/technical qualifications within the heavy commercial vehicle industry considered a distinct advantage.
+ Heavy vehicle driver licence would be considered a bonus
