We are looking for an experienced Retail field supervisor to support sales and growth in the Retail/TT sector **Key Responsibilities:** • Increase the number of (a) daily transactions/invoicing and (b) retail outlets visits by Retail routes • Increase numeric and weighted TT presence in the Retail market • Face competition by ensuring adequate market coverage and flawless service • Control and improve routes performance in the market in line with the cascaded targets • Ensure compliance in tasks execution from all aspects up to Nestle adopted standards **Qualifications:** • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred • Valid driving license • Physical familiarization with the key areas in the Eastern Region • English language
