Due to the growth of Client's operations, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professionals to join their teams in Zagreb and Rijeka as a Field Sales Representative for Orthopedic and Medical Aids.
This is not a typical sales position.The role combines sales, patient consultation, healthcare collaboration, and operational responsibility in the field of orthopedic and medical aids. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, doctors, nurses, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, while ensuring the correct implementation of HZZO policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and actively visit customers, healthcare institutions, and potential partners within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain a professional network of contacts including doctors, nurses, hospitals, healthcare institutions, HZZO representatives, and patients.
Present and promote orthopedic and medical aids to healthcare professionals and users.
Provide consultation and guidance to patients in selecting appropriate medical aids.
Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Take measurements where required and coordinate the selection and delivery of aids.
Manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities independently.
Guide patients through the prescription, approval, and delivery process in accordance with HZZO regulations.
Prepare and process relevant documentation related to the delivery of medical aids.
Order products for patients and monitor orders until final delivery.
Coordinate complaints, service requests, and product replacements with internal departments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company systems and procedures.
Ensure proper management of field inventory and consignment goods.
Collaborate with internal departments including service, logistics, procurement, and administration.
Stay informed about regulatory and market developments in the field of medical aids
Required ExperienceDirect experience as a field sales representative in orthopedic or medical aids / medical equipment
Experience working with doctors, nurses, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
Experience working with patients or users of medical aids
Experience working with an HZZO contracted supplier or familiarity with HZZO procedures
Practical understanding of the process of:
recommendation
prescription
approval
delivery of medical aids
related documentation and records
Preferred QualificationsExperience with orthotics and prosthetics programs
Experience with respiratory aids
Existing professional network within the healthcare system
Experience working with medical prescriptions and related documentation
