**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
+ Experience in, or supporting, the startup industry.
+ Experience prospecting, or building customer relationships from scratch.
+ Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and partner organizations, to drive customer success.
+ Ability to establish a network within the startup ecosystem.
+ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Ability to create and execute strategic account plans to maximize cloud consumption and customer growth.
+ Ability to lead workshops, product demonstrations, and executive briefings.
+ Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to accelerate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption and meet or exceed business targets within the startup segment.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each startup's business needs and technical challenges. You will work to remove blockers and ensure their success on the platform.
+ Partner closely with various teams to deliver a cohesive experience for customers. This includes working with Customer Engineers for technical guidance, Venture Capital Business Development to engage with emerging startups, Product Teams to relay feedback, and Partner Managers to leverage third-party solutions.
+ Be proactive, and have an entrepreneurial mindset to help the next generation of startups build and scale on the world's cleanest cloud.
