Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesSummaryWe’re looking for a driven Sales Professional to promote and sell Product Inspection product line, including checkweighers, metal detectors, x-ray systems, vision inspection, and related software across the packaging and production markets. You’ll represent a full portfolio of capital equipment solutions, engaging directly with end customers and partners such as OEMs, system integrators, and engineering firms.
This role suits a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions that protect brands and boost customer productivity and profitability.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and hit territory goals.Proactively identify new opportunities through prospecting and targeted outreach.Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations (virtual or in-person).Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that create value.Manage pipeline, leads, and activities in SAP CRM accurately and on time.Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
What You Need to SucceedEducation, Experience & Skills   Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Engineering, Industry and Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent sales and industry experience 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record in the industrial marketplaceProficient in MS Office software, have solid organizational skills, and professional imageSignificant experience with CRM systems in a sales process; SAP preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, ability to make presentations to senior groups and demonstrate strong interpersonal skillsExcellence in interpersonal/communication skills, professional maturity, and the ability to work with minimum supervision - a self-starter with strong organization, prioritization and time management skillsProven ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously while staying within the corporate guidelines and processesExperience with Industrial automation, process controls, or capital equipment is beneficialKnowledge of PLC/control systems and sales experience with OEM's, System Integrators, Engineering houses and Contractors is beneficial
