Join us as a Field Sales Representative for our California territory! **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory. + Plan sales strategies and develop key relationships with customers, peers and suppliers. + Ensure customer satisfaction. + Prepare comprehensive reports per quarter with implementations on sales growth. + Work alongside engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions to customers. + This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals. **What We Are Looking For:** + Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience. + Ability to travel within the market.
