Field Sales Representative
Responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves regular in-person visits to schools, institutions, and distributors to present products and solutions, provide training or demonstrations, and ensure customers have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

On a daily basis, the Field Sales Representative plans and executes visits, follows up on leads, responds promptly to customer inquiries, and resolves issues to guarantee a positive customer experience. They gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and share feedback with internal teams to enhance products and services.

Customer and service orientation are key to the role: the Field Sales Representative actively listens to client needs, tailors proposals to meet specific requirements, ensures timely delivery of commitments, and builds long-term partnerships based on trust and value.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for client visits.

Proficiency in using ONE CRM to record and maintain accurate customer and sales data.

Ability to plan and organize a sales agenda, schedule client visits, and follow up consistently to meet sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
