Different.** _CORE Foodservice has a_ **_Field Sales Team_** _opportunity in_ **_Ontario GTA North & Barrie Area_** **What are WE looking for?** + Foodservice and Sales experience. + An aptitude for Sales + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Knowledgeable in Outlook and have worked with a CRM system. + Valid & Clean Driver's License spanning at least five years. + Qualified candidates should live in Barrie or surrounding area **What do WE do?** + Demonstrate and sell our client partner Food and Non-Food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels and beyond. **What can WE offer YOU?** CORE Foodservice offers a competitive benefits package including: + Annual Salary + Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits + RSP Match Eligibility + Car Program + Tuition Reimbursement Opportunity **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Essential Functions:** + Make a significant positive impact on sales and improving the consumer buying experience + Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all client products & services (subject matter expert) + Build strong professional relationships with Customers, Distributor sales reps and client vendors/partners + Identify sales barriers/challenges – problem solve and escalate unresolved issues through proper channels + Gather and report on competitive intelligence including, but not limited to: sales tactics, price moves, promotions, new products, merchandising materials, compensation and store support + Sell-in additional brands at existing locations and grow distribution through new business development + Complete call reports, administrative tasks, and on-going personal training accurately and in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines + Attend and support special events such as rallies, launches, Food Shows, Ideations meetings + Meeting the physical requirements – listed below + Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum Education and Work Experience** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). + 3 years of sales and/or training experience in the wireless industry. + Experience in data reporting and analysis preferred. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:** + Knowledge of Android, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft Office. + Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills – effective in one on + Persuasive, outgoing, friendly, confident – relationship builder. + Meticulous attentional to detail and follow up. + Ability to travel on a daily basis within defined local territory, with potential for quarterly overnight travel. + Conducts business with integrity and maintains strong business ethics. **ABOUT US** Acosta is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
