Please read more about us https://www.arrow.com/globalecs/pt/ **About the role** We are looking for a **Field Sales Representative** to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Portugal who will be responsible Developing Business at the Sales Business Unit in the North of Portugal. **Role Purpose:** To manage and grow strategic accounts within the IT distribution channel, ensuring sustainable business development with resellers, integrators, and technology partners. **Key Competencies:** + Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and market data. + Proactive and results-driven mindset. + Excellent time management and prioritization. + Team player with a customer-centric approach. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum **3 years of experience** in commercial roles within the IT distribution or technology sector. + **Strong knowledge of the IT distribution channel** (resellers, retail, integrators, VARs). + Proven ability to **negotiate with key accounts** and manage profit margins. + Solid understanding of **hardware, software, and IT solutions portfolios** (e.g., servers, networking, cloud, security). + **Fluent in Portuguese and English** (spoken and written). + Proficient in **Excel and CRM tools** . **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with leading brands + Technical training or certifications **What is in it for you?** + Fantastic working culture where you can make an impact. + Competitive package composed of a base salary plus bonus based on performance. + This position is a life changing opportunity to start and continue a key career move in a fast paced, international organization.
