Field Sales Representative, National Security
Must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience with quota-carrying sales, in the technology industry with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and platforms. + Experience working directly in a field sales role with National Security and Federal Law Enforcement customers. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience growing existing customer base and acquiring new logos at scale, to increase spend and accelerate consumption business. + Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations. + Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams. + Experience working with Customer Engineers and customers' technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases. + Experience cultivating C-level relationships and collaborating with executives. This Field Sales Representative (Cloud FSR) role is on the Federal Law Enforcement Market Vertical. GPS's success in the National Security market will be based on building an air-gapped infrastructure, delivering exceptional artificial intelligence, and providing mission transforming solutions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . **Responsibilities:** + Build and manage executive relationships with the U.S. Federal Law Enforcement customers (Department of Justice/Department of Homeland Security), influence direction, and serve as a business partner and trusted advisor. + Lead complete business cycles for new business across the GPS Cloud Portfolio, and present the findings to C-level executives. + Lead assigned territory account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, and working with Customer Engineers, Product Specialist Teams and Google Partners to optimize business results in territory. + Understand the Federal Law Enforcement customer technology footprint, growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, and business landscape. + Drive new business development, forecast accurately, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
