**Role Overview:**
+ Drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range and Execution objectives for the assigned territory through the management and development of distributor sales operations and deployment of merchandising teams.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Planning & Execution** : Lead distributor sales teams in developing annual territory business plans and operational strategies to meet reach, range, and distribution goals.
+ **Sales Excellence & Growth** : Drive execution standards and profitable growth by coaching on the Nestlé Way of Selling, conducting Level 2 operations reviews, and supporting distributor customer management.
+ **Capability Building & Insights** : Enhance distributor sales operations through training on Territory Development and In-Call Execution, while providing feedback to support Category and Channel planning.
