Job Description Summary
The field sales manager pharma (official title: Business Partner Lead) is responsible (directly or indirectly) for achieving sales- and market share targets through the creation of a strategy & the promotion of a selection of products to pharmacies, pharmacy groups and key accounts for a Antwerp & Limburg.
Together with the Regional Sales Manager, responsible for developing an effective sales team through training and coaching. Support the Regional Sales Manager in project management & implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Territory Management (50%)
Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescalesExecute the Region- or Sector Management Plan made to meet sales targetEnsure effective calls to pharmacies, pharmacy groups and key accounts as per targetsDevelop effective business relationships with customers that support delivery of business resultsInitiate or support customer centric programs as part of sales and marketing initiativesConstantly develop own expertise in competitive selling and negotiationReport accurately as per requirementFollow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct GuidelinesTeam coaching and support Regional Sales Manager (50%)
Drive achievement of KPIs and targets through training, coaching and development of team membersMotivate the team towards objectives, promote high performance with a positive style and encourage best practice sharingHelp Pharma sales reps (=Business Partners) to grow their business and/or status in the community; work closely with them and support themMeet regularly with the team providing feedback & guidanceIdentify and implement business-building opportunities to support volume and market share growth, collaborate with (Senior) Hybrid reps Facilitate & lead the role out of new initiatives or projects across the team and ensure adoption, working with different functions (Marketing – Commercial Operations - ….)Keep abreast of the latest commercial- and scientific developments in the area; stay updated on product knowledge, market pricing, competitor pricing etc. to recommend the Regional Sales Manager, Brand team, Market Access Team and other cross-functional teamsAct as a Digital Advocate: proactively share recommendations and encourage othersKPI’s include:Achievement of gross- & net sales targets for own customers & in targeted areaAchieve Market Share and Market Share Growth in the targeted areaField force efficiencyProduct launch Success RateAchieve Coaching objectives for the assigned teamProjects implementationWhat you’ll bring to the role:
