Field Sales Manager, Cloud Business Intelligence

As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a team responsible for growing our BI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Customer Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product) and customers, supporting the team to do the same. You will ensure your team has the necessary skills to demonstrate product functionality and comprehensive overviews of key business use cases, and close business. You will support a positive, high-performing team culture, while leading with empathy and identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud. Looker is a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision. Looker integrates data into the daily workflows of users to allow organizations to extract value from data at web-scale. **Responsibilities:** + Define and build a GTM strategy for the EMEA South region focused on ensuring a team of enterprise sellers can reliably build and close pipeline. + Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, consult long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor. + Build, coach, mentor, motivate and guide a team of representatives. Manage the team day-to-day, offering leveraged support for critical business opportunities, as well as career mentorship. + Develop and execute a strategy to accelerate Looker sales growth in the region. + Be able to assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Looker deployment, and articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys.
