\n\nRole Description
\n\n\nAcquire and Grow new customers via personal sales visits, using
\nface – to – face contact to provide a personal service. Develop a
\nmonthly customer call cycle. Conversion of qualified leads into
\ncustomers as well as developing and maintaining existing accounts
\n(retention & development).
\n• Act as the customers’ main point of contact by liaising closely with
\nthe relevant departments within DHL to ensure that queries,
\nproblems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
\n• Make decisions during negotiation with customers related to
\nvolume and discount levels as well as additional services offered.
\nDiscount according to agreed guidelines.
\n\n\nMinimum Requirements
\nEducation & Experience
\n\n\nBachelor Degree /Tertiary Education or related work experience in related discipline
\nand 2 years of experience in a related field.
\nCompetencies:
\n• Commercial minded.
\n• Good Understanding of DHL Network.
\n• Strong business acumen.
\n• Building and managing partnerships
\n• Good one-one communication skills
\n• Strong planning skills.
