- Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and customers by building strong customer relationships to identify and satisfy their needs in Yamoussoukro and around.
- Master and apply DHL sales procedures and DHL Best in Class sales techniques to quickly convert prospects and competitors' customers into full DHL customers.
- Exploit all new sales opportunities to ensure maximum DHL penetration in the sales territory.
- Develop and deploy a monthly and annual visit and action plan, incorporating all initiatives to identify and secure new business, maximising customer portfolio growth to achieve individual sales targets (Revenue, Volume and Profitability).
- Securing sales by setting up a service agreement while following the procedures for opening credit accounts, ensuring that the pricing policy is applied and followed in order to maintain customer profitability.
- Monitor performance, customer loyalty and satisfaction, revenue fluctuations, customers at risk and actions taken to correct negative variations.
- Promote the DHL brand and its values through your outward appearance and behaviour in a way that reflects DHL's high standards and develops the customer relationship.
YOUR PROFILE:
Higher commercial studies diploma BAC + 3/4
Dynamic, very social, good interpersonal skills, strong sense of initiative and anticipation, ability to summarise and organise, very good command of English and French, knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good presentation skills
At least 3 years' experience in sales
