We’re now looking for a passionate and self-motivated Field Sales Engineer to join our Energy Division, where you’ll take the lead in driving sales growth of Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) across Romania.

Your location is flexible – what truly matters is your drive to connect with customers and turn our world-class portfolio into real business results.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for GPHE solutions within the Romanian market within Process industry Build strong partnerships with existing customers, while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities  Conduct regular customer visits (industrial and public sector) to assess needs, provide expert advice, and propose tailored solutions Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and digital tools to ensure transparency and effective decision-making Deliver against sales targets and contribute to the growth of Alfa Laval’s footprint in the region

What You Bring:

A proven track record in field sales, ideally in industrial, technical, or engineering sectors A strong customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively across Romania Fluency in Romanian and solid command of English
