Field Sales Engineer

We’re currently looking for a **Field Sales Engineer** to join our team, developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting C&I segment contractors/panel builder partners involved in LV power distribution, UPS and safety solutions across Morocco, with the goal of maximizing sales volume and optimizing profit margins. **What you’ll do:** + **Technical Expertise** : Act as the subject matter expert for MV/LV Switchgear, UPS applications and provide technical support to local sales teams and customers. + **Business Development** : Grow the customer portfolio within the assigned area and maintain product/service distribution. + **Customer Relationship Management** : Manage customer relationships, ensure after-sales support, and understand customer needs and satisfaction. + **Strategic Partnerships** : Build strong relationships with Moroccan utilities, power distribution companies, and work closely with consultants. + **Organization & Project Follow-up** : Prepare and organize technical meetings with customers (contractors, utilities) and update project tracking using CRM tools. + **Marketing & Brand Strategy** : Contribute to marketing plans and strategies for the utility market while maintaining brand awareness in the area. + **Competitive Analysis & Policy** : Understand product positioning versus competitors and apply Eaton’s sales policies and processes. + **Reporting** : Provide market information from the assigned area to the sales management team. + **Administrative Management** : Manage office administrative documentation effectively. **Qualifications:** + Degree in Electrical Engineering; + 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position. **Skills:** + Electrical experience with MV/LV Systems; + Sales and/or marketing experience; + Experience with utility engineering companies or power generators; + Good knowledge and experience in sales techniques; + Able to work independently and remotely; + Good Networking with electrical installers; + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; + Strong communicator with solid executive presentation skills; + Ability to build and maintain high credibility with teams and strategic customers; + Self-motivated, independent and proactive; + Fluent in English. **What we offer:** + Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package; + Work in a fast-growing global company; + Challenging Projects in a dynamic, collaborative team; + Excellent Working Environment – safety and ethics are really important to us. \#LI-AM7 _We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
